So I wanna post a few of the recipes I’ve had on my Instagram here today. I love these a lot.
Minty Berry Coconut Green Smoothie:
-1c frozen berry’s
-1-2tbs. Coconut flour
-Drop coconut and mint extract
Blend all up to stevia with a little water. Then pour a little in a glass add coconut shreds and layer each with smoothie. Enjoy!
Cranberry Coconut Cake:
-1/4c egg whites
– 2 tbs. coconut flour
-drop vanilla and dash sea salt
-1/2 tsp. baking powder
Mix all Ing with a little water and mix in cranberries. Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Top with a little yogurt, cranberries, and cinnamon. Enjoy!
<strong<Carrot Cake Bowl
-Packet carrott baby food
-1-2tbs. Coconut flour, cinnamon, maple syrup each
Layer and mix. Enjoy!!!
Strawberry short cake:
-1/4c egg whites
-2tbs. Coconut flour
-tsp. coconut oil
Mix In a bowl. Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Top with yogurt, strawberries, and coconut shreds. Enjoy!!

Foods. Fruit! Love it in summer. And been craving hemp or almond milk time to give in. I’ve also loved steamed veggies and avocados!

.jpg”>So my body has been weird lately all it has been wanting is fruit. I have been thinking about it nonstop and having it just is sounding so appealing and what I need right now. I’ve been reading books like 80/10/10, blogs that are fruitarian-well not all the way ( I don’t believe in that you NEED fats and greens guys balance!) but maybe its time to add a little in because this is wierd for me. Even though “They” say to wait a bit. My body just may be calling for it!
What do you guys think?
Out of curiosity anyone ever do a high fruit diet (with avocados, greens, and coconuts:-) How’d it go?
